Single parents need to often times be independent and not always listen to people who shun the fact that you are dating while parenting at the same time. Also, single parents often have the tendency to feel guilty when they are out on a date. They start to think that they’re being selfish by neglecting their children at home. Remember, you are a person with needs as well and finding someone to spend the rest of your life with is just important to you as it is for your kids.
Sometimes single parents, especially women, have trouble finding someone who loves the fact that they already have kids.
